Donna Heidtke
Donna was born in Cottage Grove, Oregon and has lived in Eugene all her life. She graduated from North Eugene High and attended LCC. Prior to joining Musgrove’s administrative staff in 2005 she worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She has a daughter Arica. Enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Gene Drake
Gene L Drake/Funeral Director Gene Drake grew up in Medford, Oregon and graduated from Medford Senior High School. He began working at a Medford cemetery as a groundsman in 1981. He married his wife Shauna in 1984, they have five children; Elise, Amber, Jessica, Nathan and Stefan and one grandson, Jaden. He began his Funeral Service Practitioner apprenticeship in 1986 and became a licensed Funeral Director in 1989. He graduated from Mt Hood Community College Mortuary Science program in 1990 and became an Embalmer as well. Gene returned to Medford following college and worked and managed the funeral home where he started his career. He moved to Springfield, Oregon in 1999 and took a management position at a local funeral home. He joined the staff at Musgrove’s working as a Funeral Director/Embalmer/ Manager at Springfield Memorial Funeral Home in November of 2005. He is a member of Springfield Rotary and an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoys his children’s sporting activities, backpacking, camping, fishing, hunting, and other outdoor activities. |

Michelle Peck
Michelle hails from the Jayhawker state moving from Kansas to the Eugene area in October of 2005. She has been with Springfield Memorial Gardens since March of 2006. Prior to that, she worked in the cemetery industry in Wichita Kansas. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology in 1997 from Ottawa University and in 2003 she earned her Master of Arts degree in Anthropology from Wichita State University. Michelle is involved in the local United Way and in her spare time, she enjoys camping, hiking and various other outdoor activities. |

Eric Satterthwaite
Eric Satterthwaite came to Eugene in 1989 with his parents from North Carolina. In 1994 he started his cemetery grounds crew career with his Father as his mentor. He was taught all of the basic grounds keeping duties of the different cemeteries, and many trades such as welding, and plumbing. He was also involved in the construction of the Chapels and mausoleums at West Lawn and Springfield Memorial Gardens in 1994/95. Eric started as the Grounds Superintendent of Springfield Memorial Gardens with Musgrove Family Mortuaries in 2005. Eric is a husband and a father of two daughters. His hobbies include remodeling his home, spending time with his family, and working on his 69 Ford Truck. Eric maintains all the gardens at Springfield Memorial for the families to enjoy while visiting loved ones final resting place. |

Oseas Balli
Oseas Balli moved to Springfield from Merced, California in 2007. While living in California Oseas worked for the City of Merced and owned his own landscaping business. He is married and has 4 children and 3 grandchildren. |
